The upper level home, situated in beautiful Duboce Triangle, is flooded with natural light from both its north, south and west facing windows. There are many period details including hardwood floors, original moldings and high ceilings. The classic floor plan boasts a large living room, formal dining room, den and expansive kitchen appointed with a vintage Wedgewood stove, granite counters and abundant cabinetry. The two sunny bedrooms are south facing and tranquil. The large south-facing garden is a great space for entertaining! I know Nick and Taylor will just love this place.
