For more than three decades, I've lived in the heart of San Francisco, and now I split my time between there and Sacramento. I have a deep passion for both magnificent cities. I enjoy applying my knowledge of each city's culture, history and topography to the current real estate market conditions to find the perfect solution for my clients' desires and needs, whether they're looking for a stylish loft in San Francisco’s Dogpatch or a classic Eichler mid-century modern home in Sacramento’s South Land Park.

I came into real estate with a long history building products and services for some of the largest companies in the country. My success in that arena came from careful listening to clients' needs, pairing them with a realistic eye to available conditions, and getting all parties on board with the final solution. Buying and selling homes is no different; it requires team effort, and my experience bringing people together to an optimal solution for all involved is invaluable.

Born and raised in the city, I have first-hand knowledge of every corner of San Francisco’s official 36 neighborhoods — so no matter where you’re looking in the 7x7, I can help you better understand the city’s many nuances. My background as an executive in a range of environments — from a well-established retail corporation to innovative tech startups — has made me an expert in project management, creative solutions and negotiations. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, expanding your real estate portfolio, upsizing or downsizing, I approach every transaction with integrity and attention to detail, and always have your best interest top-of-mind.

A part of dpaul’s team from the inception, I am the team’s Operations Manager, overseeing marketing, finance, and business operations. I bring over 25 years experience, having been in digital media since 1996, where I covered tech, travel, and food. I’ve had the great pleasure of expressing my passion for San Francisco’s culture and history as a tour guide with San Francisco City Guides, with whom I researched and co-founded the group’s Castro tour with dpaul, and Edible Excursions, where I got to fill minds and bellies with the city’s best morsels. Since moving to San Francisco in 1991, I have never lost my sense of wonder about our amazing city.

I have worked in the real estate industry for 25+ years and have been licensed since 2000. I have worked in many capacities throughout these years, from office manager, sales agent, and now as a transaction manager since 2013.

As the team's transaction manager, it is my responsibility to work with all parties to organize, audit and manage sales transactions for their buyers and sellers. My main goal is to make sure we have a compliant file by close of escrow.
