2023 in Review

Last year was quite the roller coaster ride. Things got off to a slow start, as escalating mortgage rates put a damper on buyer interest. This only continued throughout the year, leading to lengthy stretches of minimal activity. We were not alone in this; nearly every agent we talked to suffered the same struggles.

We had a flurry of activity in the middle of the year. Then, by year’s end, things really rallied, resulting in what unexpectedly resulted in one of our best years yet, with $18.1M in sales volume.

We had the privilege of working with many amazing clients and sold 12 truly stellar properties. This year we had the opportunity to think bigger about the business, helping clients with transactions not only in San Francisco, but San Mateo, Sunnyvale, and the Sacramento region. Plus, we referred three clients to great agents in other areas, transacting in Bodega Bay, the California Delta, and St. Paul, MN. We love helping people with their real estate journeys, wherever they may lead.

What’s more, we elevated our position to being in the top 5% of agents and teams in San Francisco in 2023.

We are so grateful for our clients, colleagues, and friends who made 2023 so productive, rewarding, and most of all fun! We couldn’t do any of this without all of you.
