Sacramento’s International Coffee Scene
An Experience Pot and Love Cake at Qisa Coffee
Sacramento has long been a hub for craft coffee, with dozens of independent roasters ranging from old-school to third wave. Below is a list of just some of the more prominent ones. New roasters seem to crop up all the time, further expanding the rich tapestry of Sactown’s brew scene.
18 Grams Roasters: Up-and-coming roaster that serves coffee drinks with an Asain flair.

Mast Coffee Co.: Passion-driven microroaster (don’t miss their breakfast sandwich.)
Milka Coffee Roasters: Named after the founder’s grandmother and made in a quaint Victorian, Milka gives big hygge energy.
Naked Coffee: The OG craft roaster, spawned many of the other prominent names here.
Old Soul Co.: Small collective of homey coffeehouses.

Many coffeehouses, while not roasters themselves, put their stamp on the experience by offering unique food and drink from the owners’ home regions. You can literally travel the world by hopping from one cafe to another.
